Our forged nickel-bronze alloy 22LR 10/22® receivers are nickel in color and CNC machined to tight tolerances to ensure the perfect fit with our 22LR barrels and Ruger® 10/22® accessories. It also has an extended Picatinny rail to help capture the barrel and give it more rail surface. Our barrels and receivers are machined to have a nice snug fit with only a slight tap in with a rubber mallet when installing. The nickel receiver is the toughest and heaviest of the three (22.6 ounces) with excellent corrosion resistance. It has a nice silver polished finish. It gives the bolt a smooth glass-like feeling and its durability greatly increases the life of the receiver.
